John Smith

Andrew Heaney will pitch tonight (+ other injured)

Heaney likely won't be able to get up to 190 innings of work until 2019.   I'm expecting about 150-160 innings next season.

I guess I need to make another trip to the Santa Ana River by the stadium, and bring gifts to leave.

The only tents that you'll find on the Santa Ana River Trail now a-days belong to the Homeless, not Native American's. But they will gladly take anything you offer and then mug you for your cell phone and wallet.homeles-Big-A-1.jpg?fit=749,352

Good news. Cautiously optimistic.

The odds have to be in our favor. We can't possible be so unlucky that none of our pitchers actually have no successful recovers without setbacks. So I predict Heaney will be solid. I mean Dipoto traded for him twice.

You must be new to Angels baseball.

For some reason I'm infinitely optimistic. Assuming he doesn't manage to hurt himself, anyone know how long the time table would be for him coming back? How long between first pitch in the minors and first pitch in the majors?

Yes, I already said it was Howie for Heaney. You must have missed my post correcting myself.

You fucking imbeciles.

Back on task.

Heaney gave up a couple runs in 1.2 innings tonight, fanning 3.

So he gives up runs, cant go deep into games, and we expect his arm to get injured again.

Sounds ready for the big club.

If we didn't already have the guy, we'd trade for him
