both the rams and the chargers with shutouts yesterday. gotta wonder how long it's been since two teams in the same city did this, or if it's ever been done before.

And suddenly the Chargers are only two games in back of the Chiefs, with a 3 game winning streak.   Bosa and Ingram seem to be very difficult to contain for the opposing OL's.

Still weird though to have an NFL team in a sub-30,000 capacity stadium.    Harkens back to the 1961-1966 Chargers in 30,000 seat Balboa Stadium.

One of the headlines I saw for an article - Osweiler still terrible, Eagles drub Broncos.  The first part would be even funnier if it didn't contribute to the Broncos getting smoked.  Terrible on offense and the D gave up way too many big plays.  On the bright side they're getting closer to a better pick but they will need to hit it out of the park with the next draft to help right the ship.  Biggest question mark is still QB because if Lynch isn't the answer then they need to figure out who is.

Last year they gave up 297 points through 16 games on their way to a 9-7 record and through 11 games so far this year they're 3-8 and they've given up 280 points.  After starting 3-1 with the defense looking pretty good they've lost 7 in a row for the first time in the last 40 years.  I realize a coach needs time to implement his style but they've taken a major step back this year and will need to address the QB position among others in the draft and FA.

AFC West has to be the worst division in the NFL, right?  Oof

It's funny because it is.  And after week 3 or 4, I would have said it was the best.
