And states have too much power over counties and cities. It is truly backwards. Anyway I don’t vote because I don’t feel like imposing my values on others. And I don’t trust that people desirous of power are at all honest about their positions or intentions.

Now we know she did not just have two "nodules" removed, but an entire lobe of her lung. Doctors, though, are optimistic about her full recovery.

Dr. Raja Flores, chair of thoracic surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, said a lobectomy is a major — but common — surgery. His practice does hundreds of these procedures each year.

A lobectomy involves removing a lobe of the lung. There are five lobes in the lungs, three on the right and two on the left, Flores explained. Ginsburg had her lower left lobe removed.
