There's trouble in the Harris family. Her father is slamming her for fraudulently stereotyping Jamaicans and playing identity politics.

You go Dad!

Even if that quote from her dad is fake (although it seems real), she's and idoit for making such a blatant stereotype. The Dems should condemn her for it, but they won't.

Evidently the power is out at Jamaica Globe Online because I can't get the link to work.

Two old, white guys are leading the pack!

There is almost no chance the DNC allows their candidate to be either of those 2 things, regardless of votes/polls.   At this point i would put money on a Harris/Warren ticket, maybe Booker...  and another Dem loss.   With Beto getting the nod post Trump.   Of course the loss issue depends on how fast they can get the amnesty recipients into  the voting registrars.

It's working now.

"Half my family's from Jamaica. Are you kidding me?"

Mr. Harris responds:

"My dear departed grandmothers(whose extraordinary legacy I described in a recent essay on this website), as well as my deceased parents , must be turning in their grave right now to see their family’s name, reputation and proud Jamaican identity being connected, in any way, jokingly or not with the fraudulent stereotype of a pot-smoking joy seeker and in the pursuit of identity politics. Speaking for myself and my immediate Jamaican family, we wish to categorically dissociate ourselves from this travesty.”

I took the quiz again on https://www.isidewith.com/

My results:

Andrew Yang 72%
Julian Castro 71%
Beto O'Rourke 71%
Petter Buttigieg 69%
Elizabeth Warren 69%
Bernie Sanders 69%
Tulsi Gabbard 69%
Kamala Harris 68%
Joe Biden 59%
MAGA 41%

Damn it.  Ok, maybe not that surprising.  There has got to be more cons and independents running though.  Where is Johnson or his running mate?  Johnson scored high for me last time.

I’ve been becoming increasingly impressed by Andrew Yang.  He’s a long shot, but his very detailed proposals are impressive.  If you listen to him he comes across as highly intelligent and genuine.  He recently had a really great appearance on the Joe Rogan podcast.  Try and hear him out and be open, he fleshes out his proposal in detail.  Both in terms of need and how he’d implement.  I am hopeful that he gets the attention that he deserves.

Just listened to about the first 20 minutes. I am going to have to set aside some time to listen to the rest of it. This guy may be onto something.
