No they didn't...just like the Saints didn't get the only bad call 2 weeks ago...

But it set the tone, early in the game...the holding and hands to the face calls...which every team does on every play, all went the Pats way on every crucial down. Nothing new...it's been that way for years now...the  (mafia money) Bostons are the darlings of the NFL and that hasn't changed.

Pats defense totally confused the Rams, especially the zone pass coverage.

Looked too much like the Bears game, only with temps 45 degrees warmer. 

McVay definitely gained a lot of valuable Super Bowl experience from this.    It was probably not realistic to expect a win against a coach who's been there 8 times now.

Would a touchdown have been a realistic expectation?
